Supplemental Terms for WhatsApp Business Solution

These Supplemental Terms are applicable to the use of the Plivo Services solely to the extent that you use the identified Service. These Supplemental Terms are incorporated as part of Plivo’s Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP’’), available at https://www.plivo.com/aup/. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Supplemental Terms, in addition to all the terms of our terms of service, AUP and the privacy policy, as modified from time to time.

WhatsApp Business Solutions

As a customer, you agree and acknowledge that Plivo acts as an authorized reseller and business solutions provider of the WhatsApp Business Solutions (“WhatsApp Services”). If you purchase the WhatsApp Services from Plivo, you agree that your use of the WhatsApp Services and/or the WhatsApp platform forms a separate agreement between you and Meta Platforms Inc., or its affiliated entities, as may be applicable. Your use of the WhatsApp Services shall be governed by and subject to the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms and other applicable WhatsApp terms and policies, available at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/business-solution-terms (collectively “WhatsApp Terms”). You agree that these terms and other applicable terms and policies may be subject to change from time to time and you are solely responsible for the compliance of the WhatsApp Terms, as applicable from time to time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the modified or updated terms.

You agree that you will at all times fully comply with the WhatsApp Terms as applicable to your use of the WhatsApp Services. Plivo resells the WhatsApp Services on an “as is” “where is” basis and shall not be liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from or relating to your use of the WhatsApp Services and/or platform or for any other third party services or products. Plivo shall not be liable to you (or to any third party) for any interruption in the WhatsApp Services or arising out of your and/or any of your end users actions or inactions.
